Interaction with other preparationsSimultaneous use of the vaccine with antibiotics or serum against swine erysipelas inhibits the formation of active immunity. Animals may be vaccinated after treatment with antibiotics at the end of their effects on organism, and 21 days after administration of the therapeutic serum against swine erysipelas. If necessary dehelmintization should be carried out 2 weeks before vaccination or 2 weeks after it.
Special precautions (during gestation)It is not recommended to vaccinate pregnant sows one week before farrowing.
Route of administration and dosage"Solvent for live vaccines" (p. 48) or saline solution in the rate of 2.0 ml per dose is used to reconstitute the vaccine.
