One dose of vaccine contains the following viruses, obtained on SPF chicken embryos:
Virus of Newcastle Disease, strain Hitchner B1 ≥ 106,0 EID50;
Virus of Infectious Bronchitis, strain H-120 ≥ 10,03,5 EID50.

Vaccine virus in 10-14 days induces specific immunity and prevents vaccinated birds against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis.

Indications
Preventive immunization of clinically healthy chickens starting from the first day of age against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis. Has no medicinal properties
Interactionwithother preparations
Water for reconstitution should not contain ions of chlorine and iron, antibiotics, or disinfectants.
Special precautions (during laying period)
The vaccine does not influence egg laying, fertility, or egg incubation.
Routeof administration and dosage
Routeof administration | Preparation |
Coarsespraymethod: Approximate diameter of droplets should be 0.1-0.3 mm. Spraying is done from a distance of 30-40 cm above a certain number of chickens | Dissolve the vaccine with 200-250 ml of cool (10-20° С) distilled water per 1000 chickens |
Ocular-nasalmethod: Administer 2 drops per bird in the nasal mucosa or eye conjunctiva | Dissolve 1000 doses of the vaccine with 100 ml of saline solution |
Oralmethod: For the best quality of vaccination, it is recommended to add 2g of dried non-fat milk per one liter of water or to use the product for water preparation for immunization “INDIGO MAX” | The vaccine should be dissolved in such a manner, that every previously identified consumption volume of clean, boiled water at room temperature would contain one dose of vaccine per bird |
