Composition
One dose of the vaccine (0.5 ml) contains inactivated antigens that induce the formation of specific antibodies in titers:
Newcastle disease virus, strain La Sota - ≥ 4.5 log2 HI*;
Egg Drop Syndrome virus, strain EDS-76 - ≥ 7.0 log2 HI.
Avian Infectious Bronchitis viruses:
strain M-41 (Massachusetts group) - ≥ 5.0 log2 HI;
strain BK-07 (group 793B) - ≥ 4.0 log2 HI;
strain VAR2/V2 (VAR2 group) - ≥ 4.0 log2 HI.
* HI – antibody titer determined using hemagglutination-inhibition (HI) test.
Pharmaceutical form
Emulsion.
Immunobiological properties
The vaccine induces the formation of specific immunity in poultry against Newcastle disease (starting from the 21st day), infectious bronchitis caused by classical strains of the Massachusetts group and variant strains (BK-07, VAR2/V2), and egg drop syndrome in chickens (starting from 28th day), which lasts for life. Does not have therapeutic properties.
Target species
Chickens.
Indications
Preventive immunization against Newcastle Disease, Avian Infectious Bronchitis, and Egg Drop Syndrome in laying hens and parent flocks.
Contraindications
It is not allowed to vaccinate weak and sick chickens.
Interactions with other preparations
Do not mix with other preventive drugs and do not use simultaneously with medications.
Special precautions during laying period
Do not vaccinate birds during the laying period.
Route of administration and dosage
The vaccine is administered 0.5 ml intramuscularly (into the thigh or pectoral muscles) or subcutaneously (in the lower part of the neck) to hens aged 90-100 days, but no later than 30 days before the start of the egg-laying period. To create a more intense immune response, it is recommended to pre-vaccinate birds, at least 4 weeks in advance with live vaccines against Newcastle disease and avian infectious bronchitis according to the vaccination schedule accepted on the farm.
Side effects
The vaccine does not cause a clinically significant reaction after administration. The slight swelling that may form in some birds at the injection site disappears within 2-3 weeks.
